Really lovely staff (Ocean was fantastic!). Helpful, quick, and not pushy. Really helpful service throughout the search and booking and even a lovely call to remind us about check-in for flights. No issues at all.

My friends and I were welcomed into Hays and were quickly seated with a member of staff. She was friendly, helpful, efficient and very well informed. Her manner made us feel confident in her booking our holiday. She also set a date for us to go back to Hays , when we can get our boarding passes completed. Overall,we were very happy with the booking process. We have arranged our holidays with Hays in the past,and we shall continue to do so.

As usual Caitlin delivered, helped with advice/info on travel connection both ways, local knowledge for the holiday, making us aware of issues that we will face.

We were struggling to agree on a last minute holiday and had looked online but couldnt find anything to match our dates. We walked in to Hays Meadowhall and within 15 minutes Ebony had found a few options, narrowed down and booked! Amazing service and so easy. Ebony was able to answer all our questions, pull up the hotel on a map and show us how close to the beach etc.
