Perfect experience.
We wanted to arrange a special trip for our 40th wedding anniversary and needed advice on how to book a trip to Finnish Lapland and various activities. We were greeted by Penelope and instantly there was a rapport between us. This is because Penelope listened to our wishes from the outset and she went out of her way to ensure she incorporated everything we hoped to include. Penelope went above and beyond any expectations we may have had and within 24 hours we had a very special trip booked with an amazing itinerary. Penelope kept in touch and when we wanted a little more advice she was really helpful. We can't recommend Hays Travel enough as each time the experience has been welcoming and efficient. Thank you Penelope for going that extra mile. We are both very excited for our upcoming trip.

2027 Caribbean cruise on Arvia
The cruise for 26.2.27 was booked whilst on board Britannia. My husband and I immediately asked for paperwork to be sent to Hays in order that Andrew Bowerbank could continue with our booking. He is so good and friendly we know we are safe hands.
