We were made very welcome by the staff on entering the office and were offered a seat where we discussed with 'JILL' our exact holiday intentions. It took only a short period of time, given her experience, for us to choose the exact hotel, in our resort of choice when we wished to travel. having made our deposit we were provided with a full itinerary and details of when the holiday payment was due. All in all a very easy and helpful visit.

Happy with serviy
Ashleigh was the girl who helped us. She was very friendly from the moment we sat down. She listened to what we wanted, when we wanted to go.
All the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcomed. This is our second holiday booked with them, I think we will be using Hays from now on.
