An excellent service from Nicola
Nicola provided an excellent service. She was extremely quick to reply to any and all of my queries. She demonstrated great insight into the area and the hotel we wished to book. We were a little uncertain at first and asked for alternative suggestions of similar calibre, in other locations, which she was able to provide this quickly. She was the perfect balance of being knowledgeable in her area, without being pushy. We will definitely use Nicola at Hays Travel again.

Lovely relaxing holiday
Extremely easy booking experience!
Lovely destination is a friendly village in Crete. Very relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly - we prefer a beach and that was just across from the hotel - that part was a little rocky but it had a gorgeous breeze - a little further around the bay - about 200m the sand was soft and water clear - no stones - beautiful! I always book with Nicola Irwin from Hays travel - she knows what I like and always finds somewhere fitting what I have asked for - thanks
