We have used Nikki Neilson / Hay’s travel a few times now and would struggle to go elsewhere now . Nikki is very helpful and helps find us exactly what we are looking for and keeps us right every step of the way. Have a bucket list trip this week for a special birthday and have just booked our sunshine holiday for this year too . Highly recommend

Last year nikki helped me book a cruise which was fantastic. I had never been on a cruise before so I was a little nervous but Nikki’s knowledge and relaxing manner helped put me at ease!
As I had such a successful trip last year, I contacted her again in February 2023 to help me book a girls trip, we ended up booking up for Portugal in may 2023….Nikki found us the perfect villa that suited our needs and provided some additional info on where to visit! Now that I have been to Portugal, I can say the villa was great and as described, had all the amenities we needed and we had a blast in Albufeira, Portugal- thanks Nikki!
