I wanted to book a short break to Krakow with my wife as a surprise for her, next year but could not find the answers to what I wanted online.Went to North Shields Hays with my daughter and met Rachel. Very helpful, professional didn’t push at all and answered all my questions. Rachel found what I wanted.Arranged the break and I paid for it. Very good.
