Trip on the Nile changed
We had made an error in booking a trip on the River Nile, we had wanted to visit the Valley of the Kings but when looking at the itinerary discovered it wasn't on the trip we booked. So we returned to the shop and spoke to Scarlet who rearranged the ship for us with TUI and it was the same price. Many thanks to Scarlet.

Speedy service - we had chosen where we wanted to go. Friendly staff - helpful answering any questions we had. Took the onus off me with the booking and trying to print out documentation/using phone etc

Colleagues are very friendly
The colleagues were very friendly, helpfull and knowledgable on the holiday we wanted. They were bubbly and had a nice sense of humour. Even the manager had a sense of humour.
Going forward i will be doing more holidays through this branch of Hays.
