Absoluyely top class servuce when ever we go in. Lovely staff who have got to know us and what we like/dislike. So helpful as well. Really does make a difference. I hate doing bookings online. Ave the high syreet call i store you dont get ut any cheaper doing it online. Use the staffs experience and knowledge in store.

My friend and I wanted a uk holiday and we had several requirements which made finding the perfect holiday difficult. Katie spent a lot of time with us trying to source a holiday which was right, hampered by the lack of information on some holiday website. Eventually she was successful.

Great quality service from Scarlett at the Northwich branch
Asked for a few different choices of hotel based on the information we wanted adding into the holiday, Scarlett emailed them over so we could take a look. We made our choice and called back to make the booking. Our holiday was email to us within 10 minutes. Very quick, easily process and great quality service from Northwich branch.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Northwich. We booked a last minute short break to FuerteVentura.
Flights, hotel and airport parking. Excellent.
