We booked through here to Madeira and Barney and Abbie (sorry don’t know names of rest of staff) were really helpful nice to get customer service like it used to be we will now be using this Hayes branch always can’t wait for our next break

Our experience was exceptional we book many holidays with Hays in Norwich based at blue boar tescos.
Emma was amazing she listened to our requests was very patient when we asked lots of questions and took the time to contact colleagues who experienced the holiday we requested. . This gave us peace of mind about the hotel/ experience we booked. This holiday is for our 60th birthday so we wanted it to be special.
Thank you Emma you were brilliant.

Great service always friendly and patient

1 particularly member of staff caused a lot of misunderstanding and confusion around different options and hotels, and accepted no accountability for this when asked directly and shown how she had caused this.

However the main managed and a different member of staff restored our faith in Hays and handled this in a professional, timely and polite manner.

For the first member of staff I would give only a 1 star review, but the other 2 who had to rectify this I would give 5 stars,

Sadie was very professional but friendly. We are going with friends so she made sure we were sat near our friends on the plane. She answered questions I had quite efficiently. I have had dealings with Sadie in the past and she was very good then as she was now.

Madison helped us with finding our dream holiday and she was faultless in every way right to the end, explaining everything, making calls to check things for us etc etc it’s now the second year running she has looked after us.

Barney at hays travel Sprowston Norwich was brilliant, there was 4 of us and we r quite demanding , but he was super efficient and patient throughout, I should imagine he needed a lie down afterwards

From start to finish the whole process was smooth and easy.
Mia sorted things out quickly and efficiently but did not hurry us.
She explained everything clearly to us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hays to any potential holiday maker.

We can highly recommend Beth, always very helpful and very patient when we are trying to decide on a holiday.
