Im over 65 and not good with the Internet so went to hays travel in old swan Liverpool they couldn't have been more helpful they did everything for me and I got my holiday cheaper than online so a big thanks from me

The service i received was exemplary
The service i received was exemplary. Came in a couple of times to look at different options and felt I was given all information without any pressure to book. When I did book, it was very easy and Heather couldn't have been more helpful.

I had spent quite a bit of time trying to source my specific holiday. I couldn't combine the flight times or preferred hotel.
I rang Elaine at Hays travel, who within a few hours had found the perfect flight time with our preferred hotel.
I would recommend people save themselves time and effort and let Hays travel do it all for you
