That extra mile!
Elis (and Gary) were very patient with us and did everything they could to find us a warm, sunny break. They went the extra mile to find us a great alternative when it turned out our original choice had a building site next door to it and enquiries revealed it was very likely to be a disturbance during our stay. Australia trip at short notice
I walked into my local Hays branch in Oswestry, Shropshire and spoke to Claire Roberts.
I needed flights, transfers and a hotel to Australia and I was travelling alone.
Within 30 minutes Claire had arranged everything and I paid in full with 11 weeks to go.
The entire trip went to plan with no issues atall..I had the most amazing adventure and I am so grateful to Claire for arranging everything for me and I want to thank her for all the travel advice she recommended regarding applying for the visa, insurance and my travel money.

Canada & Alaska cruise & stay
Cathy in the Oswestry branch was amazing. She made sure we were getting the holiday we wanted in our holiday and a great price. We were in their quite a long time so she arranged for us to have a cup of tea. The service we received was excellent.
