Hays Travel in Paignton is excellent. Michelle managed to get us a really good week in Jersey in considerably less than an hour, and her communication with us, her attention to detail and sheer professionalism couldn't be faulted. And I know that the other staff (Colleagues? Partners?) are the same.

Always have great customer service each time I go into look for a holiday. Michelle in Paignton sorted through our wants and destination countries and found exactly what we were looking for. Never to much bother to assist us. Great work, recommend anyone who is not sure, just give them your budget and they do the hard work. Definitely 5 stars and more.

Megan was very friendly and approachable. She answered all our questions about the hotels we looked at. Even calling Premier Holidays to provide answers for us. The manager kindly told us of building work and noise near 1 hotel which was appreciated. The booking process was simple and even transport was arranged.

Staff at Hayes Travel in Paignton are just brilliant.
Steph helped us on the Saturday and happily gave us more time to think things through. She listened and advised, giving us printouts we could take away.
The following Monday, Megan tweeked our choices and finalised our holiday.
