Tailor made holiday
We went in to try and get a purpose made holiday in three different locations in Australia wasn’t too sure if they would be able to help . We chatted to Michelle who listened to our tailored needs . She was fantastic not only did she manage to get everything we wanted we were able to tweak it to add a few more days fantastic service. I would highly recommend using hays travel again

We decided to use HayesTravel
We decided to use HayesTravel, being an independent agent, as we’d chosen an escorted holiday with an online agency but needed clarification on a few points and were having some difficulty in getting the information.
Our Consultant, Michelle, at Hayes Paignton was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to listen and understand our needs and set about tackling the problems we were encountering.
After several phone calls and discussion with Michelle, all was sorted and we are now looking forward to our holiday.
Michelle was kind, helpful and thoughtful throughout and her time and attention to detail was exemplary.

Great service and very easy
We have used hays travel Paignton a few times in the last 2-3 years and each and everytime it has been seamless booking the holiday and any of the associated bookings that are required when going away!
Most recently Megan has been amazing with our most recent trip, she has been great, very quick and informative - she is a credit to the company and I would 100% use them again
