Hays is a good company to deal with
Hays is a good company to deal with. Technology is a wonderful thing where one can glean so much relevant information. However, at times, one can easily miss certain vital facts relating to your holiday. Working on the basis of two heads are better than one we come to Hays. If we were infallible we would do everything ourselves.

On the day we visited two agency’s and gave them our requirements. The first agency came back with an itinerary that ignored everything we had asked for whereas Karen’s absolutely hit the spot. So it’s a five star rating from us !

The initial phone enquiry was dealt with very professionally by your staff she then followed it up as promised with an email with several different options. I then visited the store the next morning to discover over night they had had a big IT problem and none of the systems where operational. Your Agent then called me back later in the day once the system was operational and we were able to conclude our business. Your agent was very helpful and no question was to daft or stupid.
Would certainly recommend your services to others without any hesitation!

As a Which Recommended provider I had high expectations of Hays and these were not only met but exceeded at the Petersfield branch. All my wants, needs and preferences for our family holiday were carefully listened to and a trip was offered that was better than anything I had envisaged in all aspects including time of travel, budget, location and activities.
