Louise was great
Louise was great. We only knew we wanted a cheap and cheerful holiday somewhere not too far to fly (recent knee surgery) and preferably from Exeter. Louise was helpful, knowledgeable and so patient, especially as there was a sudden influx of other customers. She really went above and beyond to find us the right getaway at the right price. The lady who attended to our booking was patient, friendly and professional. She was able to pick up on queue and was willing to go the extra mile without prompting hence we have booked our holiday again with Hays- excellent customer service. 4.5 star is our rating
