As usual Tom was able to clarify our questions and the content of an advertisement. We were able to book a cruise at a reasonable cost.

Very pleasant, helpful wanted to get the best holiday for us.
Not rushed ,professional and excellent customer service

Went into Poole Branch and was greeted by Julie felt so at ease with her ,answered all my questions could tell she had many years of experience and so professional.Went home with information brochure included (rare these days) so I could chat to hubby and phoned Julie a couple of days later and booked our Cruise Hays Travel are so lucky to have her a brilliant member of the Hays Team
