We went to pay for a booked cruise
We went to pay for a booked cruise. While there, told Tom we had seen another cruise with Iglo Cruises. We prefer Hayes so asked Tom. We were able to book the cruise at a lower rate. Thanks Tom and Hays.

In short at initial meeting all questions/enquiries were answered.
I was happy to be told that I could contact Hays/George anytime within any further questions.
I have not travelled abroad for years ( before online booking) so feel at ease booking face to face. As where online I think I would be worried constantly ( holidays mean relaxation not stress)
