The person I dealt with, Muya, was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
I would have liked help to apply for a visa but she explained that wasn't possible. Otherwise everything was very good.

I always trust Hays Travel Fishergate Preston. They are a great team. Viki is especially excellent. I had a daughter who is a wheelchair user and Viki always manages to find a perfect location and holiday. She sorts out all the special assistance too.
