Booking holiday next year
As usual Josie from Hay's travel couldn't do enough for us whilst booking our holiday at the beginning of March. My wife and I have never experience a negative attitude when dealing with the staff at Hay's in St Georges centre hence the reason we always book our holidays through them. They all deserve some token of gratitude from the firm.

Nathan very attentive to our needs and requirements and checked every hotel out for us , taking so much time but did a brilliant job. Wouldn't book anywhere else or with anyone else now after that experience.

Man the life boat.
It was an off chance drop into the shop to make an inquiry. The young lady was super helpful and so polite. She was efficient and very helpful. The inquiry was well answered which ended with us making a booking for our first cruise holiday. So everybody was happy. Nice start to the day.

Superb service
Superb service…….warm, friendly, efficient and genuine. We dealt with Steph and she was an absolute star. All the staff were lovely and one gentleman went out of his way to show us how to use the uber app which came from a discussion about visiting Rome. They clearly work as a team and are utterly customer focused. They are a credit to your company and should be recognised as such.
