Geoff the manager at Hays travel Rickmansworth is the most helpful person ever , we are an elderly couple and his service is excellent in every way making sure our holidays are just perfect for us . All our holidays including our latest to Santorini was perfect thanks and gratitude to Geoff and all the staff at Hays travel Rickmansworth A big thankyou for being there !!

Our experience was very good and hays sorted everything except the medical part of the insurance which is turning out to be quite a hassle. I know they can’t do that for us but I had already checked that we could be insured with insure and go.

Fab help choosing homiday

The young sales assistant was very welcoming and helpful doing her very best to secure exactly what we were looking for in our first cruise holiday.
She has kept us informed and dealt directly with the tour operator on our behalf so taking away the stress of dealing direct with the company. It has made the whole process more pleasurable.

All the staff at Rickmansworth branch are wonderful. Always willing to help and always wearing a beautiful smile! I would highly recommend visiting them to plan your next holiday.

Hayes Travel in Rickmansworth are Always very helpful and welcoming. We were seen straight away with a big welcoming smile.
Katie, was efficient, and experienced in navigating flights for our family of 5. All the staff were friendly with us and each other. There’s a genuine warm atmosphere within the store where staff obviously support each in a various ways
All in all it was a very pleasant experience on a miserable Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be returning in the near future

We had an excellent experience when booking our holiday. We had certain requirements that were not easy to see or understand simply by looking online and Nicola at Hays Travel patiently took them all into account for us and guided us to what looks like our ideal hotel and resort.

Nicky was so helpful helping us find a holiday for us all. Nothing was a problem. She was friendly, patient, gave us lots of advice & recommendations. We booked last year with Nicky too and from the booking right up to the departure date, Nicky was on hand helping us with our seats, insurance, boarding passes and airport parking.

I was looked after well by the people in the Travel Agents. They told me how long I would have to wait and gave me options at every point. They learned about me and my agent - he used his knowledge of the area to offer great options. They made sure the room wasn’t too cold. Very happy with the service!

We have dealt with Helen for over 10 years now and she is very knowledgable, friendly (as all the staff are) and patient. She doesn’t put us under pressure and has gained our trust, with her good advice and track record.
