From that first initial phone call with Nicola and the information she provided and forwarding suggestions via email to making our booking with Hays and Intrepid it was totally seamless. It was the attitude of Ruby to me that I liked - her patience with a very elderly woman and her appreciation of problems of travelling with disability. And she remembered me from a previous inquiry about a simple journey to Amsterdam.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Makes booking a holiday stress free and a pleasure. We always ask for Nicola who has been an absolute star in getting everything organised.

Having detailed our requirements for our trip, the Quotation was prepared and submitted to us by Caroline in Ripon within three days. This involved collating return flights from the UK to New Zealand then to Australia plus three sets of accommodation, all of which was very acceptable.
