My son and myself went into the shop to book a trip to Vegas, Hayley was absolutely fantastic helping us out and being very patient with us. Our flights were a challenge but Hayley was brilliant making call after call getting us the right flight.

Recently booked a Nashville holiday with Hays Travel in Runcorn
The girls are always very helpful and knowledgable especially Hayley.
A special thank you also to Netty in the currency dept who helped me set up the travel card for the 1st time
And thoroughly advised how to use
Had no problems in USA usage
On return she swiftly advised how to convert back to Stirling

Until my next holiday I will be using the Runcorn branch again!

I was looking to book a holiday for my family next year, there are 12 of us 6 adults & 6 children of various ages. Leanne was helpful, informative and I ended up booking our holiday in Turkey that catered for everyone’s needs.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Shared a rage of options and were able answer all of my questions.
After care was great too, printing tickets etc, thank you!
