From the moment I stepped into my local Hays Travel ,I felt in good hands. A warm welcome and smile. I was there to book our first cruise ever,and was very excited. AMY B was the young lady that sorted out everything. I wanted my 12 year old to have activities that he enjoyed and also a choice of activities he would like to try. Amy sorted all that out and some stuff for me too. She advised us on accommodation to stay at before we boarded, and how to get to the departure terminal. She showed us a selection of cabins, and pre-paid packages. We booked our cruise,and i was delighted with the great service given to us. Thank you Amy B at Scarborough Hays Travel.

Leanne provided excellent service. I didn't feel rushed, she was attentive answering all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. I came away with a fantastic holiday booked and she even sorted out my airport hotel. I wasn't aware of the Hays Travel money card or the Hays app but she explained all of this to me to make managing my holiday much easier. I will definitely be back in to book my next trip with Hays Scarborough.
