Excellent service…
We knew what we were looking for and the agent, Lynn, managed to find us the holiday that suited us. We were not hurried and were given a cleat understanding of what we were getting and what the alternatives would were.

The rep listened to what we wanted, was able to explain things clearly, was able to liaise with the holiday provider by telephone so we could have a 3 way discussion, and was able to provide advice / suggestions. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I knew where I wanted to go and the cruise I wanted but never having done a cruise before was not sure about cabins. This was explained clearly to me.
