Friendly staff and easy to book what you need
We have booked our holidays with Hays Travel the last five or six times I think. Always very easy to book with and the staff are always helpful and polite. Makes it so much easier than booking online as they do everything for you and, to be honest, hardly any difference with the price. And they always check if there are any discounts which made the holiday even cheaper. Won't go anywhere else now to book holidays :)

Worse card i have ever used locked out of website every time can not depend on it here is a tip dont rely on the app make sure you write your card details down and it also gives you the worse rate on exchange and charge you every time to load the card the lady at hays who miss sold it to us should lose her job for the pure lies she sold us.
