Rebecca went above and beyond to book my daughter’s hen party. Nothing was a problem and we got an excellent deal, would definitely recommend hays travel. I feel like Rebecca did everything for me which took the stress from me booking for 14 people.

Warm and comfortable, was able to find exactly what i was looking for in my price rage. Staff was absolutely wonderful with handling my holiday booking would highly recommend!!!

Staff always helpful and polite, nothing is a trouble to them. Over many years dealt with Bishop Auckland and Spennymoor and always received excellent service.

Disappointed! Promised why’ll buying then went back on deal
Women were lovely booked holiday all good came back for travel money as promised a deal then they said deal only works if use there card, which our banks are free to withdraw abroad we don’t need a card, wasn’t like was changing 100 either but guy didn’t wanna honor offer so left, best off post office online and they deliver it to you local at better rates and been told that a lot of the Hayestravel cards don’t get accepted so becarful

We had just returned from a holiday at the H10 Vintage at Salou and enjoyed it so much that we decided to rebook for next year. Claire was very helpful, she asked how we enjoyed it and then spent time helping us to rebook for next year with Jet2. We are regular customers with Hays Spennymoor and have always had great service.
