Hays Travel girls were efficient…
Hays Travel girls were efficient pleasant and very helpful. But speaking to Alliaz insurance company over the phone to sort out the medical screening I found very intimidating and off putting.

We’ve visited Hays Stourbridge again to assist with booking our holiday for 2026. Again it was a pleasure to speak with staff, no pressure, plenty of options and we also picked up advice for another holiday we’re considering.
Although we didn’t book on day of visit, we were able to call up once decided on dates for 2026 and all was arranged over phone, with no issues.
We’ll be back again for that 2027/28 cruise too
