Staff brilliant, very complicated request from myself to book a holiday advertised by another company on TV. However, advertised holiday turned out to be not as advertised, apparently website inaccurate! Hates staff did their best but holiday not as good value as first appeared.

Friendly, helpful, stuck to what we wanted and found a great deal. Everything was fine for us.
