The whole staff at Titchfield were very helpful and welcoming which is more than can be said for some travel agents! I like the personal touch and not to be given a brochure and told to 'sort it out yourself'
Jess was especially helpful at Titchfield as I had had problems obtaining a passport!

Great travel agent
Jeanette was excellent in booking our cruise with saga. She waited patiently for the saga agent to answer and then sorted out all our questions. She was very professional and would recommend the Titchfield branch of hayes travel to book a cruise.

As usual we received first class friendly service from Sara Short. She has been our agent for many years - back to the days of Bath Travel. She knows what we like and finds just the flights etc to suit our needs. We used to go to Australia yearly until 2019 to visit family but have not been back since. But Sara remembers! Indeed all the Titchfield staff are very friendly too.
