Helpful staff, found what we were looking for easily. Only downside was on line insurance not operational yet had a different phone number to call from the form and a while before spoke to anyone

Karyn had gone above and beyond to sort my holiday for 9 family members she had been incredibly helpful and understanding as this booking was made for our family to be together on the first anniversary of my husbands death

We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Hays Travel, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our trip could be planned within our budget, even doing extra research to get everything just right. Our trip is coming up in December, and we hope it will go smoothly thanks to her efforts. Thank you so much, Rebecca!

I initially spoke to Karyn on the phone and found her very helpful and sympathetic to my additional needs.
I have mobility problems.
When my daughter and I went to the shop yesterday ,
Karyn was just as helpful and made the lengthy process as easy as possible for me.
When we entered the shop we noted how busy they were but Karyn still took the time to assure us that she would be with us asap. She also reassured a lady who was waiting to see her , while she was helping us , that she would be with her shortly, in a friendly manner.
My only criticism is that it would have been easier for your staff , if there were more people working that
day.
