I visited the Westhoughton branch for the first time because I usually book my holidays online flights and accommodation separately.
I was looking for advice on something but was really happy with the service I recieved so I decided to book my holiday with Hays Travel .For no extra cost I was receiving all their expertise.
I definitely would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Great customer service didnt have to wait to be served.Lynn was exellent a her job and very patient at her job and we came away having booked our holiday and we even got a nice cup of coffee on a cold day all the staff were very nice.

Excellent service, friendly staff, cannot be faltered.

Overall excellent, very helpful.

BOOKED A CRUISE WITH IGLU CRUISES ONLY TO BE TOLD THE DAY AFTER THAT IT WASNT ACTUALLY BOOKED DESPITE THE FACT I HAD PAID THE DEPOSIT I WAITED 2 HOUR ON THE PHONE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER AND WAS TOLD THE FLIGHTS I HAD BOOKED WERE NOW NOT AVAILABLE AND TO FLYDIRECT TO ROME RETURN WAS AN EXTRA £1800!!!! I CANCELLED AND WENT TO HAYS TRAVEL IN WESTHOUGHTON SPOKE TO GEORGIA WHO WAS REALLY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND BOOKED DIRECT WITH THEM FOR £160!!!!! SAVING OVER £1620 PLUS I WAS ABLE TO TALK WITH SOMEONE FACE TOFACE IN 30SECONDS NO QUESTION ITS HAYS TRAVEL FOR US IN FUTUREI

Staff friendly / helpful

Lynne was brilliant - she went through loads of options and was very patient - then TUI was down and she stayed later to check and came in especially to book for us the next day - we cruise a lot and she will be our go to in future !

The booking of holiday was great and the hays travel representative was great

Only thing was you have sent me out 2 holiday cruises for different countries on same date 😂
