All the staff members at my local branch have contributed to my bookings.Each one of then has applied professional, straightforward advice and information when required.

The team there made us fell most welcomed, and listened to our needs and we workwd towards what we wanted .

Suzy helped us book our trip to Scotland she was friendly,helpful and professional.
She was also very efficient.

Sam and Grace have worked really hard to get us the holiday that we have asked for, so we are really happy with the service we have received from Hays Travel-Winton

The staff are so helpful any time you phone, they help you with all the paperwork x Caroline is the staff member who has dealt with us over the last few years before this it was a lad called Tom but unfortunately Bournemouth branch was closed and Tom moved on .
So glad winton branch was still kept open as staff were just as helpful.
Let's hope The winton branch is still open for years to come .

We had a very specific time frame and exacting hotel requirements and were provided with a really good, well-tailored range of options that not only suited our budget but exceeded our wish list. Josie was incredibly helpful and professional. we would recommend Hays for fantastic service.
It saves a lot of time trawling through websites and also can save money.

We went to your shop in winton just to see options for our holiday idea, had a chat with your representative suzy and after about 25 mins she had educated us and sorted a lovely holiday. The nicest part was at no time were we under pressure. she listened to our needs and what we wanted to do, then found something that totally fitted the bill. So refreshing that there was no hard sell, she listened, suggested and really came up with just what we wanted. very happy

We booked a last minute break to Majorca, with Josi at Hays Travel.
We had very specific dates due to childcare and work commitments.
We had to go back and forth with Josi and kept changing the goal posts slightly.
Josi was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
We’ve ended up in a beautiful hotel! Amazing resort, lovely food, clean, great staff, beautiful surroundings.
Josi checked us in and had everything we needed printed for both of our flights before we left.
The whole experience was made super easy by her and her wonderful team and we couldn’t be happier with our holiday.
