I am new to wearing wigs and have purchased two (2) and extremely pleased with each wig, they are natural looking, fit great and fun to wear.
I will be purchasing additional wigs in the near future.

The company provides excellent service and products.
The only issue I had this time was the head coverings are a little smaller than some of the previous ones I ordered. I will make sure of the size next time.

Love Headcovers! Have bought my wigs there for years. The wigs are top notch, not cheap , well styled & put together. You will not go wrong in buying your wigs at Headcovers. I’ve gone from buying my blond wigs to now into gray wigs. That’s how long I’ve been ordering.

It's bad enough that you charge the client for return shipping, but then you add insult to injury by also charging for shipping on the replacement item.

Friendly staff who responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I love the products that I have purchased.

Purely online businesses need to modernize their ability to support shipping and return shipping. To order something as personal and fit/color specific as a wig means likely 50% will be returned or exchanged. I ended up paying all of the costs to return and exchange the item which cost me over $60, and i have nothing to show for it. I had to return the wig and was charged the restocking fee, the shipping, and the return shipping. I understand if you read the fine print of the return policy, it does state this. But this review is a warning for women who won't truly understand the total cost of getting the wig delivered and returning it. You better be 100% certain it's the right wig (even the wig consultation won't guarantee that), otherwise you will be at a significant net loss. If you choose to exchange, you are still on the hook for the return shipping ($30+) and the re-shipping of the new wig ($10). Sorry headcovers, but this is why we all use amazon.

I have bought several bucket hats in several colors to cover my face and head from the sun. The colors are like the photos. The hats wash well, and I hang them up to dry to keep their shape. The red hat I bought recently arrived quickly. I am always checking headcovers for hats because of the price, color, and style.

The hair bangs is good quality and it looks like human hair.

Prompt delivery snd great product .Since a recent health crisis I have ordered three hats . They are great quality. I wear them to hide my hair loss situation. They help me feel better about being out amongst people .

I was getting tired of my hair getting knotted up from not wearing a helmet while riding with hubby. I tried it the headcover. Fits nicely. Product is well made. I think I need to tie it tighter so it doesn't fly off. My head stays cool and can breathe well with the head cover on.
