The Oximeter I bought is faulty.
Health line doesn’t answer its phones, nor does it reply to my emails (4). I’m very disappointed with this company. Are they still trading? I want my money back now.
Disgraceful behaviour

After one hour questionings about my health, nurse advice was not to eat surgeon tablet!!!!!( That it was prescription for me yesterday 🤣)

As we gone ahead with more questions she said you should go to emargency department,and still holding us on the phone given nonsense advice,and she wasn't able to book us in emergency department,with my bad health and excally said the name of my illness,in the end she said are you sure you are not pregnant!!!!

Sends your illness searches to numerous other companies to target you with advertising. If you want the world knowing your medical history then feel free to accept their extremely intrusive cookie policy. If you don’t accept them being able to sell your details to everyone that is willing to pay for them then they won’t even let you access the site. This is a company that couldn’t care less about your health, only care about money.

Site won't let you access more than 10 articles if you don't accept their cookies and tracking.

This is a definite sign of an untrustworthy company, I was unsurprised to see they had a 2 star rating overall. Any articles on their site can be found elsewhere without the need to give over an ad profile to some random group that doesn't follow GDPR.

They're certainly breaching GDPR regulations and I'll be making a complaint to this effect.

Purchased an oximeter which arrived way past ETA. Once opened it did not work - due to dangerous wiring faults. Photo evidence was sent but Healthline insisted on its return but did not send the [promised] prepaid returns label. I sent it back, at my own expense, and have received no acknowledgement , nor refund. I suspect the veracity of this "company' and would urge others to shop elsewhere. Very poor.

My wife has Parkinsons and at times has difficulty with balance. During those times she sometimes needs a wheelchair just to comfortably get around the house. Her neurologist wrote a prescription for a "HIGH STRENGTH LIGHT WEIGHT WHEELCHAIR." I took the prescription to the Healthline office located at 2887 W Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX. They took the prescription and told me that I would get a call back. I never got a call back and I finally called them. This began a series of back and forth calls. Healthline claims they faxed the neurologist with a requirement for additional information. The neurologist claims they never got the faxes and was not aware that additional information was needed. Getting clear and helpful information from Healthline is difficult if not impossible. I finally gave up; got the prescription back; and started over with another company.

Healthline consistently uses abusive language like “sick” and “fat” and frequently miss uses terms like “addictive” and “addiction” in their “health” and “weight loss” articles. Their “experts” are severely slanted towards their own personal unhealthy food biases. They constantly demonize specific food groups. Their “experts” frequently contradict one another in their personally biased articles. Not balanced reporting. Entirely contradictory and false “science.” You can read on Healthline that experiences such as a Grandma baking cookies with a Grandchild likely sets people up for a lifetime of unhealthy emotional attachment to food. Heavily slanted towards extremely restrictive dieting. Heavily slanted towards severe calorie restriction. Healthline claims that if you see food as something to enjoy and embrace as part of celebrating life you are “addicted” and have “unhealthy emotional attachments” to food. “Experts” Frequently miss use the term “addiction” with absolutely no shame or consideration for the damage the miss use of such a term causes. Even more insulting? Healthline’s most biased and offensive “expert” also has the audacity to post articles about the destructiveness of disordered eating and body negativity. Disgusting, personally biased, abusive, shameful.

I ordered a contactless thermometer from this Company before I read the Reviews! I was very annoyed with myself for being so stupid but I contacted their help team who assured me the thermometer would arrive soon. I didn't really believe it because of the many negative comments I had read. However the thermometer arrived today after about 6 days which, at this time of year, I think is perfectly acceptable. I am sorry for the people who sound to have been very unlucky but, on this occasion, I did not have a problem. My emails were answered quickly and very courteously. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.

I recently had surgery for a wrist fracture at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Cliics in Iowa City Iowa. Sounds strange to say, but it was a wonderful experience. My physician was Dr. Joseph Buckwalter.
As my husband expressed, "This guy makes you want to have surgery." Dr. Buckwalter's attitude, encouragement, and kindness was just like the video. I am so grateful that we drove 8 hours from Michigan to have the surgery at UIHC.
I was not sedated (only local anesthetics) so I heard all the communication between the colleagues. Dr. Buckwalter was so encouraging, kind, and complimentary to the people involved in my surgery. The staff expressed their joy at working with him. When I praised him and thanked him, he said "It is my team that did it." These people work in the Ambulatory Service Center of the UIHC.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor from healthline 11 days ago now.
They took my money almost immediately after I had ordered the product.
I would have thought they would have got back to me to explain why it is taking so long .
I did email them and they sent me a reply with a tracking number but there was no way the tracking number could be used.
The experience with healthline has left me feeling rather insecure that I am going to receive my product and my mind is thinking about how I am going to get my money back rather than looking forward to using the product.
They are based in Stockport which is not that far from me so I don't know why it would take so long .
I would not buy a product from them in future or recommend them to anybody else.

I ordered an Oxymeter Pro which cost £39.99 from Healthline. There was nothing to say that it was going to be dispatched from China. I needed it urgently so that I could check my oxygen levels having just been discharged from hospital. It took about two weeks to arrive! Whilst it works it is a poor quality piece of equipment. Certainly will not buy anything else from them.

I tried to phone the number provided. It’s a scam as I dialled it I realised the whole thing is a scam. No such phone no. 0987654321. I feel so stupid.

Urgent Order (1740) for BP Unit. Delivery said to be 3 to 6 days. Eight days on and Tracker gives little meaningful info. Healthline have failed to "translate" to give a steer as to when my order will be delivered. Don't need this hassle in my present poor state of health.

Unfortunately, several articles I have read have been scientifically inaccurate and biased in the reporting. Most often, important information is left out or simplified. As a medical professional, I would stay away from Healthline.
Lastly, the inability of the authors to state the sexes for politically correct reasons is scientifically inaccurate, confusing and ridiculous.

Don't use this website.
They will not Report you on Time.
If you have 3-4 days then this is ok.

This is one of the least reliable online resources of supposedly objective information that I've come across. They are frequently self-contradictory and laughable. If you check their credentials and are gullible you may think they are legitimate. But with a half on some effort you can see they're full of crap. It's irritating to try and find a legitimate answer to a serious question and have this junk come out on top. Con artists.

My home O2 machine has been broken and making no oxygen going on two weeks. I call daily but get no answer. After leaving message I still get no callback. Today I went into a nearby office and was informed someone would be out in the next hour (BIG LIE). No one never showed up. These people can not be trusted.

They lie about things they are paid to lie about, then spam google search results with garbage.
