While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. I find it a bit bias on some articles.
Articles related to science and food do…
Articles related to science and food do not seem to reflect current findings in studies and studies which are used are heavily biased funded studies promoting a particular agenda so very questionable science findings.
Sinuses keep your head from becoming too heavy??
Check out the page on their site for: Ethmoid Sinusitis
"Sinuses help to filter, clean, and humidify inspired air. They also keep your head from becoming too heavy."
I was reading this after thinking, "Healthline. I think I remember reading some pretty sketchy things here." Awful. Really. Don't take much at "face" value here (nyuk).
Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding Customer Service. I would recommend Health Line to others. I live in Austin Texas and have been so fortunate to be connected to Health Line for my needs. The customer care I received from Bailey J. has been outstanding. Ms. Bailey has given me the most professional, patience, understanding and reliable service I have encountered in a long time. During this time of uncertainty telephone customer service is (even more) important. Thank you Healthline. Kudo's to Bailey J. and your entire team. H.D.
Makes you worry about nothing
Scared the crap outta me when i had food poisoning, said i should get medical attention, i did and i was 100% fine.
Happy with it.
The really negative reviews I see confuse me. I haven't had to provide any information to access the articles I've read. They seem to be balanced and carefully written to avoid an "adamant" stance, so that anyone reading the article knows they also need to read other stuff. They use articles published in peer-reviewed journals as resources. The articles are very readable, making them more accessible. In general, I've been very pleased, as they give me insight that I can then verify with other resources.
It recommends the food pyramid...
Ignore the other reviews on here. They are from people who don't understand science.
Ignore the low reviews on here, they are mostly from people's who have a political view that doesn't align with reality and science, and therefore they bash on this website. I have science degrees and can assure you that healthline is a good source for information. The claims on this website are generally backed up with studies straight from pubmed, which is considered the most reputable source in medicine and other biological fields. Healthline generally does not take a strong stance on anything, instead they list different perspectives, offering evidence for both sides. In doing so, this is one of the least biased sources on the internet I've come across. With so much misinformation on the internet about nutrition and health, this website is a breath of fresh air.
Disgusting description of humans by genitals bc they are afraid of using the words “men” and “women”
This website became absolutely ridiculous when it stopped using the words “men” and “women” and instead starting writing “people with penises” and “people with vulvas” instead, I assume to cater to being "gender inclusive". Not in sexual health articles either but in WORKOUT articles! Nobody wants to read about penises and vulvas in a simple workout article. Please stop this and use the words men and women. Nobody should be offended by the words “men” and “women” but it is offensive and weird to refer to humans solely by their genitalia AND scientifically less correct!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE CONSTANTLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS I DO FURTHER RESEARCH AND SEE HOW FAR THEY ARE OFF
Most products are useless and possibly Toxic
I'm an RN, Public Health Nurse, everything I've read and reviewed on Healthline basically leans towards being inaccurate and generally controversial with current medical guidelines and evidence based practices. Most health information on the web is tied and linked to the promotion of manufactures products. The clinical studies and doctors usually are fake and not verifiable or are in non-medical, clinical fields... Look up products on FDA website or Mayo or other valid sites.. Get real clinical information before buying and consuming this stuff. It's a $5 billion dollar industry selling unregulated useless some times toxic and dangerous products to trusting consumers over the counter.
Diabetics should not eat oatmeal
No, Oatmeal is not safe for diabetics. Oatmeal WILL spike your blood sugar just like any grain. This site needs to get current and link its sources. I feel sorry for the diabetics this sore misleads.
The site is extremely good
The site is extremely good, well written, consider and science based. B U T ... I followed their page on twitter and they post useless social victimhood stuff like some transgender said x,y .. and a girl nose pierce talking about ... you know, these just random social identity stuff littered around the web.
Just keep your site related to Foods, nutrition, fitness.. don't play into the game of identity politics.
Edit: I felt bad for giving 3 stars, because .. like i said the site is beyond good
Don’t waste your money - google will provide the same answers
Good content! Hiding the cost until the last moment is good business but from a customer point of view it’s just a waste of time for the majority of us who know better than to pay for the same information you can find online. In all cases you will be directed to your doctor or hospital. Absolutely no way to verify doctors credentials which leads me to believe they probably won’t be doctors

Data harvester hiding behind a pretence of "needing" your data to provide "to deliver a compelling user experience", which is bullsh1t, "and to support our business", which is probably true, as a data harvester.
