Jack’s the real deal!!! Kept me informed about the appointment time, came in bang on time, Was extremely professional and friendly plus he got the work done in little or no time!! Cleaned up after himself as well. Very pleasant guy. Comes highly recommended. Thanks Jack!!!

A tremendous service all round!
From booking an emergency appointment to the initial visit and investigation, Heatcraft have excelled. I have a warm air boiler that was installed many years ago and the valve was seeping gas. Through a miracle, a part was sourced and today fitted with precision by Dean. Thank you to all the Heatcraft Team, you were there when I needed you most - as now, with the cold autumn days coming, the heating needs to be switched on! 🍂

Just to say not a good boiler service not even clean the inside not happy this company works for Edf and Domastic and general which they should use better engineers different company

Good communication from start to finish from office & engineers. The engineers put right leak I had with my boiler that another company cause.
All engineers Jack, Mitch & Jake knew what they were doing.

Absolutely useless. Their engineers do t know what they are doing. They are just interested in selling you a new boiler instead of fixing it. Very rude staff too.

Louis was incredibly dedicated, professional and hard working in ensuring no parts of the pipes/drains were left unresolved. He worked incredibly hard and could not have been more helpful.

Speedy and efficient service, would definitely use again!

Fast and efficient service, replaced my old boiler without any problems. They were polite, cleaned everything up after themselves. Before leaving they gave me a rundown of all the work that was done, showed me how to use the new boiler and the mobile thermostat.

The only downside was that we were informed that we would get a call 30 minutes before they would turn up but unfortunately we had no call and were caught in the midst of getting the kids to school. All in all this wasn't enough to drop their score lower than a 5 star.

I would highly recommend Heatcraft from the initial booking appointment to job completion. Excellent customer service and easy to communicate with them. My heating engineers were Drew and Jake who were friendly and professional and after completing the repair left everything clean and tidy. A great team.

Waste of my Time!

Tok a day off work and sat around all day waiting for them to show and not even a call. Really poor and unprofessional service!!

Heatcraft installed a new heating system and took great care in carrying out the work with minimal disruption and with great care and planning to ensure as much pipework as possible was installed under floorboards and kept hidden as much as possible.

Fast and efficient service.
Few hours after assessing I needed a new boiler, Heatcraft team remove and installed a new one on the same day.
I recommend this company, great job done!

I had a difficult repair as a result of the flue pipe having been cemented through the wall which meant replacing the seal was going to prove to be challenging. I was however very impressed with Jack and Jake who attended and managed to complete the job without having to damage the flue or wall as initially suspected. Really pleased with the overall service.

The plumber phoned before he arrived as arranged and he gave me his ETA. He arrived on time and his name was Henry.

Henry explained exactly what the problem was and advised me what he intended to do.

Even though it wasn't a major job, Henry did not trivialise the job, or talk down to me but dealt with it in a professional manner. Once he finished the job he showed me the tap was secure and in working order, and asked that l check the tap was secure which l did.

Henry was polite, respectful and professional whilst on my home, and he showed no irritation about coming out on a Saturday!

I am happy with the job Henry done and how he conducted himself whilst in my home.
