Kate was very responsive even very late at night, I believe this to be a well run company based on her very professional interactions

The toilet seat was found not fitting toilet bowl while their engineer came and tried to adjust to fit it. Finally after adjustment, he admitted the toilet seat was not fitted and would order replacement, took a few picture for ref. However, their cs said it was fit and meet specification. It s just a joke !

Robert and Derek have just finished a complete refurbishment of my bathroom. They were exceptionally professional and competent in the work they carried out. They were punctual and updated me from start to finish as work progressed. The job they did was truly transformative and I cannot praise them highly enough. They were friendly and mannerly and respected the fact that everything had to be executed in exactly the way I wanted. Appropriate advice was offered and sought and responded to immediately. They showed genuine empathy in relation to the fact that this was going to be a significant financial outlay. Cost was competitive and fair and materials used were top quality.
Anybody needing similar work to me, I can honestly say, look no further.

Mick from Heatcraft Limited came out to fix my boiler. He was very good, friendly and efficient. He fixed my boiler, honest and trustworthy too as I over paid and he came back with the difference.

The day before I had someone from check a trade who could not fix the problem and said I needed new parts and to fix it would cost me in total £700. Heatcraft managed to get it fixed with in a fraction of the price properly.

Excellent service had my boiler serviced today,engineer Mick arrived on time a friendly and conscientious chap with Face covering, kept his distance at all times, I would highly recommend this company.

We started to have a problem with the chimney on our solid-fuel stove, so contacted Heatcraft.

As it was "Lockdown" we weren't surprised to be told that at that moment, they couldn't visit.

As soon as it was possible, their surveyor arranged a visit - he was prompt, efficient and helpful.

Within the limitations of supplies, we quickly had a new chimney

I have received the services of HeatCraft Ltd. over 5 years and cannot speak too highly of them. Their engineers are efficient, professional guys who have never failed to do an excellent job on any problem I have had - and have such a positive, helpful attitude without any fuss or attitude. The office staff who handle your problems and allocate engineers as the earliest opportunity could not be more helpful, with such great person skills. I get the feeling with all their staff with whom I have interacted that their customers and their needs really do matter. I would highly recommend HeatCraft Ltd. both as to quality of work and as to genuine helpfulness and a real desire to give you excellent service.

On the recent day of our house move we disconnected the washing machine and the tap snapped off the mains pipe - water everywhere, you can imagine the stress as we were just about to vacate the property! I called Heatcroft on recommendation from a local estate agent and within a relatively short space of time Mike turned up and calmly dealt with the situation and calmed me down as well. A very friendly, efficient and reasonably priced service, we were very impressed.

I have been using Heatcraft for many years now. They have carried out many jobs over the years including the annual GSI at our rental property, in addition to replacing the boiler in our home plus a number of other call-outs over the years dealing with all kinds of heating and plumbing issues.

Their engineers are professional, friendly and always do a great job.

The reason I am posting relates to a leak we discovered late last week. Heatcraft came out at short notice, diagnosed and repaired problem.They far exceeded my expectations.

If I didn’t rate them, I would be using someone else.
