Don't buy their products. They are extremely bad quality, and overpriced. The tiers opened up on my Fixie Soho 05 immediately, the paint on the handle started to peel off, 2 screws broke and the other ones started to rust already, the bike skeleton is soldered very badly - dangerously bad! Above that, their customer service is not functional and they basically don't except turning back. On their website, they guarantee 2 years of quality. If you wonder if I assembled it badly and that is my fault, you are wrong.

The website and bikes are fraud, they buy them on Alibaba or Wish for 20€ each and sell for 150-200€. The bike is really worth 20€.

I bought a fixie bike. Not expensive. The bike arrived with brakes left right switched. Rest was good. Very nice paintjob. Bike brakes a bit cheap quality but as expected with a cheap bike :-) it was heavyer as advertised 10kg instead of 7,5kg But it rides good! I am mostly satisfied.

The bike is arrived with the rear gearbox damaged, completely crooked! They decide not to help me anyway refusing to admit that the piece was broken, even I showed the bike to an expert shop and send them tons of pictures! The bike is unusable! Unbelievable and terrible service! Do not order anything from them!

Beautiful bike. But probably in the shipment the package was not treated carefully because the front wheel does not have the spokes in axis.

We had a good experience, some small defaults but in general steady and strong.

Very satisfied, the bike arrived quickly, easy to assemble and great to ride! I Recomend!

Nice design, but dangerously poor quality. The installation manual was for another bike and not even useful for my model of bike.
Screws are worn-out when fastening, levers on the handlebars are installed upside down (no not de handlebar itself, you cannot just turn it).
The breaks are not working, needed to be replaced. The chain was nearly broken new and replaced also. There are no lights (we knew that before) no reflecting parts, no bell. The bicycle does not meet the Dutch legal requirements for use on the street.
Better buy a cheaper secondhand of a better brand bike for your convenience ;-)

The package arrived from Spain to Portugal in 5 days. The packaging is of high quality. The only advice is to check the air chamber size before mounting the wheel. The design and quality of the bike parts are pleasing. I did not notice any minor defects. At the time of purchase, the value for money was the best offered by the search engine. I recommend to buy.

I purchased 2 scooters last year one from helliot another from scooter city the scooter from scooter city has died and won't go anywhere , the scooter from helliot is still going strong without any issues, so go with helliot scooters , far better product , in fact I'm thinking of buying another

Excellent, and quick, just what I wanted for the price I wanted!!!

First bike got lost. Not fault of Helliot but of post order service. Second bike came in super fast delivery. Everything fine, only wrong manual of different bike, still got everything fixed. Nice bike, looks cool, does its job.

Terrible experience on all fronts. Avoid at all costs. The bike I got was sent without the brake disk. When I asked for it, they sent it without the screws to attach it. I had to go to a bike shop to buy my own screws. But everything in the bike is defective, the gears jump constantly, the breaks don't work. The customer service is totally unresponsive.

Delivery was quick, well packaged with no damage in transit. The Hummer Folding MTB is good VFM although the gears changers are a bit flakey and occasionally don't select accurately/consistently or slip out of gear. I'd buy another BUT now that e-bikes are everywhere I was hoping for an E-option for this bike by now.

It was a very fast delivery and the costumer service is approachable. I recommend!

This bike doesn't seem of good facture. Lot or problems with. Not vert interesting to buy.
