Do not use Hermes World Courier!
Do not use Hermes World courier or purchase from companies that use them for delivery.
Hermes World uses "independent couriers" to deliver products and has no legitimate customer service channels through which to get any information or file a complaint.
I am currently waiting on a parcel that was to have been delivered today, on a second delivery attempt.
For the first delivery attempt the courier did not leave any contact details; however, the note indicated the parcel would be delivered yesterday. I followed the tracking online all day and made arrangements to be at home (as I didn't want to miss the delivery) but the online tracking said "On its way to the courier" for over 24 hours with no update.
Today, assuming the delivery would be made, I again made arrangements to be home. Finally at 13:42 the online tracking was updated to say the parcel was "Due to be delivered today". Hurrah! I waited all day but at 17:59 the online tracking was again updated... this time to inform me as follows: "Delay, please allow 24 hours".
I have now spent two days waiting for this parcel and will apparently need to make arrangements for tomorrow as well. With Hermes you have to be home or else they send your products back to the retailer. There is no way to make alternate arrangements for delivery, as drivers do not leave contact details and Hermes won't deal directly with the person who is receiving the parcel (only the retailer apparently).
This may seem like a one-off scenario but this has been the case with every single Hermes delivery I have had...
I do not understand why seemingly reputable companies continue to use Hermes for a courier system. Going forward I will not be purchasing from companies that use Hermes as they clearly do not value their customers.

Purchased a strimmer from them via Amazon - worked one day but hasn't since. Phoned them up to see if other people had similar issues and if so how I can solve it.
They respond by saying it was none of their concern as I purchased it via Amazon even though it clearly states on the Amazon site it was from Domu.
I asked if there was the option of buying another battery and apparently there isn't - at all. What sort of company sells a unit without the option of buying replacement batteries.

I ordered an item from Groupon which was being delivered by Hermes. Needless to say there was no sign of the item within a few days of receiving an email saying it was on its way, so I checked on line. Much to my surprise it was saying it had been delivered through my letterbox two days before. Well firstly the item I bought wouldn't have gone through my letterbox, secondly I was at home at the time they said it was delivered. So no item and no card saying it had been delivered elsewhere.
I tried to contact Hermes but can you get through to a human being to ask about your delivery NO, the automated system just refers you back to Groupon and cuts you off. So I contacted Groupon, who initially tried to fob me off and telling me to contact Hermes. I eventually got a full refund from Groupon.
Hopefully the Hermes delivery driver is enjoying the item I ordered, as I can only presume that's who took them, as it certainly wasn't the cat.
I will certainly not recommended Hermes to anyone. There are far better delivery companies out there who actually deliver your items as agreed. I'd also hope that Groupon consider changing who they use to deliver their goods as I'm reluctant to use them again whilst they use this shoddy outfit.
Failed delivery
Failed delivery, I was in, and live in a huge apartment block, do you need to train your staff on how to press numbers on a buzzer?!?!? Or did they even bother to attempt a delivery.. Sadly not the first time Ive had a bad experience with this company.. Tried contacting them to complain; no option to on tracker page, calling doesnt work either, if its for an online retailer you need to use web chat and contact retailer. Waiting 20min in web chat. Called John Lewis asked why they would use a useless company like Hermes for their parcels..

I ordered a product online and the retailer offered me next day delivery via Hermes for an additional charge, which I opted in for. The next day, I tracked the order and on Hermes website, it showed it would be delivered today. Later on in the day, I tracked it again, and it said that the product had been DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR!! I was home all day, the product was only £20.00 so I do not even have to lie (lol) and no one delivered anything!!
I contacted HERMES who said that the product had been signed for by ME!!! They could not however provide me with proof of my signature lol!
I have had to start an investigation via the retailer as Hermes do not speak to us direct (they only speak to the retailer apparently).
The retailer has advised me that Hermes have 24 hours to respond to then, completely contradicting the whole point of next day delivery!!
NOT HAPPY! WORST COMPANY (in my opinon)!

UPDATE:
The driver knocked on my door the day after they claimed my parcel was delivered. As I opened the door he said sorry wrong house, drove up a bit more and looked at the door of another house. Within 5 minutes of this I received an email saying the driver delivered the parcel to another door number. I knocked on the relevant door however no one answered. I THEN received an email saying the driver made a mistake and definitely delivered it to MY house. Funny because 2 days later the lady from the other came and gave me my parcel. Worst experience ever!!

According to their app my Parcel's arrival appointment was 31.03.2017
So i had to cancel some appointments yesterday and to stay at home waiting my important Parcel. But they didn't come as always...

I planned to travel today morning with my children to another city, but again i canceled my plans and stayed at home waiting Hermes to deliver my Parcel.
According to their app from 13:00-17:00
Now it's 20:45 and again they didn't come today!
Because of Hermes we are all in bad mood!!!

Joke of a company
They tried to deliver a parcel during the day on Tuesday. I was at work. The card through the door hard no name or number to contact (apparently as they use self employed deliverers, they don't have to put a number). If you phone them, you get an automated message service telling you they are one of the best in the country (haha) and that their website can help. There is no way to speak to a person.
When you get to their website you can start a webchat. I did so with a guy called Rubin. He was useless. Apparently they can't help with Hermes stuff...only myHermes stuff. Kept saying I should contct the retailer. As this item was a present sent to me, I had no contact details/order number/etc for the retailer. He just kept copy & pasting bits from his script and refused to actually answer the questions I was asking. He was blatantly not reading my responses. He gave me a number to try telling me which options to try, saying to "select option 3" at the end. The number took me to the same place as every other number, the automated line. I waited to the end to try to "select" option 3. The options at the end are advice, not selectable numbers and option 3 was to use a webchat. When I returned, he had hung up on me because I had been away more than 2 minutes. I had waited about 5 minutes per reply from him as he was obviously busy lying to other people at the same time.
Next day...Another card, again no number to call to arrange redelivery.
Today...Third card, no number on any. Item returned to sender so I have no way of getting it.

DO NOT USE! This is the worst courier in the world!! I have had enough of their services and their utterly poor customer service. I have had issues with them a few months back when I ordered a parcel from a retailer which had Hermes as courier. I was in all 3 days when they updated and were trying to say that they had attempted delivery! I contacted them numerous times but they only said I had to go through the retailer to get a response. WHAT COMPANY IS THIS? The parcel is now in your hands and you should know where it is and should be able to organise a re-delivery or an alternative for me! I couldn't get through to anyone to get it redelivered as they don't use post offices and it is simply impossible to get through to a local Hermes office to speak to someone as they have a "private" number? I'VE PAID FOR YOUR SERVICE AND DELIVERY! IT IS IN YOUR NETWORK HOW CAN YOU NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE DRIVER OR DELIVERY OFFICE FOR ME? That time when I got through to the retailer I was holding the line whilst they were attempting to connect with Hermes and they got back saying they couldn't get in touch with them and that I had to allow the parcel to go back and get a refund. I had bought stuff that was out of stock now and I was so disappointed! Now this week I made the mistake to order from another retailer and it wasn't until I had confirmed the purchase I realised who the couriers were - HERMES. Today I've received another email saying that they have tried to deliver to my house. Allow me to laugh! You can't even find the bloody building or buzzer although both Royal Mail and ALL other delivery companies have found their way in their sleep without issues! When they fail a “delivery” they do not send out an email to ensure a customer can ask for re-delivery or perhaps a different option when they clearly can't read a google map! Or even attempt to call you if they can't find your house. They don't give a damn if you get your parcel or not as it is not in their interest! I am furious with this company and even more furious that retailers and other companies choose to use this courier. If you can even call them that! Everyone who works in this company is clearly incapable of doing what they are in the business for. Especially when their customer service clearly just sit and spin on a chair in their call centre when they cannot or are willing to help you contact their local delivery office or give out the number for this! DO NOT USE!

I sent an Apple Watch worth £1000 via the myHermes - I regrettably put in the description what the item was, the description was WATCH. After the parcel was not seen for a week I contacted these incompetent people (myHermes) and they said "if it's been a week then we just clarify it as missing". I asked for this to be investigated as I suspected the parcel had been stolen because of the above, they said "we don't investigate missing parcels and no investigation will be done, it's just gone missing".
As you can imagine I was furious and upset, a £1000 item is enough to be upset about and yes, I could have purchased the insurance however this would have only covered £300 and I have never had to insure a parcel with any other company before!
After weeks of contacting them, trying to get a resolve I resorted to giving up, until... My friend worked for Apple, I asked if they could do anything with the serial number so they looked into it... Turns out the Apple Watch had a new Apple ID assigned to it that was in no way connected to me or the person it was sent to, also a call to Apple Care was logged on the watch after I had sent it by a foreign persons name (the new owner). Turns out they where trying to purchase the Apple Insurance for the Watch to cover it against damage etc... The story was pretty clear, the person who called Apple Care purchased the Watch off eBay a week after it went missing from myHermes so admittedly the current owner did not know it was stolen as they innocently purchased it off eBay (if the story was accurate)...
The moral of the story here is that myHermes staff are blatantly steeling customers parcels, if you want a job where you get free expensive things and you don't get investigated for theft then work for myHermes... If you want to send a parcel and you want it to get to the destination then don't use myHermes.

This is the second time Hermes is doing this to us which is unfair, they even could not find the address despite that the flat was on a main road. In our current address, we ordered within UK it is not from China! It has taken more than 7 days, where we should have received it 2 days ago.
I have just checked the parcel number it says it is delivered and signed by a business?!?!?!?! For God sake, what business? I know what kind of business has signed the parcel, it is you bunch of robbers with unprofessional workers that does not even know how to use a nav-system.
I have searched everywhere for a direct phone number it just does not exist, the phone number provided is just a bloody robot which takes nowhere but to the END CALL button.
Tried the live chat, it is the poorest conversation I have ever had with another robot, all he said I only can see what you see on the screen, what is the point of putting someone that cannot access a different page or do something for you as a helpless customer is this fair?
Where are the trading standards? These companies are robbing people, as a customer I have the right get what I have paid for or get a decent service.
I am truly upset about their service I still don’t know where my item is, and I will not buy an item if HERMES is delivering it at all.

Waited in all day for a delivery from sports direct being delivered by Hermes. Whilst sat in my front room which over looks the street I received notification that my parcel had just been delivered and I'd signed for it. Checked the street, no van. Check around the front of the house, side access, no parcel. Tried to contact Hermes but number goes to an automated service so you can't speak to any one. We chat link won't recognise tracking number as it takes you to myhermes, same as the email contact form and they won't help as a different part of the company.
Apparently I have to contact sports direct and request them to resolve it! Ridiculous 😤

Parcel just been delivered 14/02/17 by some obnoxious woman. She stated that the original delivery driver broke down and was advised to mark all deliveries as completed and signed for by the recipient! When I challenged her on the remark she told me that she didn't have to deliver the item! What sort of service is that!
Normal Hermes was super until I moved. This is retail Hermes.com and is awful
I used to live in Ridge Road N8 and the lovely My Hermes lady courier was always picking up parcels and delivering everything on time with a smile. 2 months ago I moved and the problems started. Just last week. 3 days in a row I was receiving an email that delivery will happen that day until 8pm. No delivery and at 8.10pm update "delivery will be reattempted next day" no explanation no nothing. On the third day thankfully after a lot of frustration and wasted time parcel was delivered. Today again I was waiting the entire day for a new delivery and same thing! No delivery attempted I have a very loud door bell and am next to the front door. Quite annoyed frankly. I can understand once but twice it's not a coincidence.... Live chat can not help, they just repeat it will be delivered by 8pm. When I call tomorrow they will say it will be delivered today again..... Never experienced a company that makes you wait between 9am-8pm and does not show up. Waiting all day is dull enough. Added : Now even more annoyingly the tracking says delivered! I am still home, no attempt of delivery no card investigation by retailer opened....
Terrible experience
I've been waiting for two separate deliveries (Tesco & Zara) to separate addresses in the same area.
Tesco tracking shows my order partially delivered and Zara shows delivered. However, neither have actually been delivered. They even give the same exact date and time of delivery for both orders!
No one to talk to at Hermes and I suspect that the nice CSRs I spoke to at Zara and Tesco hit the same brick wall.

I mean i wouldnt use them if they were the last out there. but for some reason when you buy from groupon they choose to use them. Tracking number is pointless because all you get is its here oh its out for delivery today thats that. No update and there isnt even a contact number or a support chat to ask for updates. Oh and the odd occasion they deliver they probably will leave it under a chair in your garden in this country that rain is routine. sort yourselves out whoever the management is.
Avoid like herpes
If you buy from Amazon, try to request the parcel not to be sent by these jokers. Don't know if it's possible but if it is, then It'd save you a whole lot of grief. Bought two of the same items on the same order. One progressed through the network at snail's pace but arrived after a week and the other went for a tour "around the world in 80 days". At the moment my parcel is sitting in a warehouse 200 miles in the opposite direction with the tracking status stuck on "arrived at the wrong depot" for the last three days. They should win a Guinness record for being the only courier to receive 1/10 on trustpilot. Avoid Hermes like herpes.
Again slow for no apparent reason
And again Hermes is being slow for no apparent reason! I left my return parcel for Hermes at Doddle, now it seems it takes 8 days from 'Collected by the courier' to 'On its way back to the retailer'!! From London to Milton Keynes (46 miles) in 8 days!!!! What a joke...
