Terrible service AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Have had issues with this company on more than one occasion with products not being as described and then refusing to give the correct refund as stipulated under consumer contracts regulation. A piece of legislation that seems to have zero meaning to them. Best advice I can give is to take your business elsewhere.

Great company. Provides quality bulbs at even better prices. Very happy with my recent purchase and will be placing another order very soon. Fast dispatch and delivery as well. Perfect.

Ordered a set of bulbs but have not received any confirmation emails or despatch emails. No response to phone calls or emails. Money has been taken from my bank but it looks like nothing is going to be sent. I will take up with bank as HID’s Direct do not reply to any form of communication.

I would avoid this company and the terrible service they provide.

Recently bought some seat covers which were not as expected. Sent them back at own cost but company refused to refund postage cost. Not what’s written in there returns policy stating will receive full refund and postage cost.

Great service and good quality products, bought the premium kit and it was definitely a good upgrade from my standard halogens. Will deffo use again

I was recommended by a friend to change to HID lamps for my Peugeot 206. He also told me about the great service he had received from HIDs Direct. I purchased a H7 55w HID kit and wow what a difference in light output.
The kit was really easy to fit and is of really good quality and a great price.
Thanks to Robert for his knowledgeable help in choosing the right kit.

Used to be good but service and quality gone down hill

Been a customer since 2008

But this time 11month already had a replacement hid kit as ballast went faulty and now replacement is fllickering and gone yellow..

They didnt reply till i made a complaint over a wel later so they told me bulbs only have 6mnths warranty unlike ballasts. So i sent them their own link where it says clearly bulbs 1 year... but then got a reply...flickering and going yellow with low light output is apparently not covered. My brother bough some ebay ones for few of our other cars by sunwoif and never had an issue

I paid extra for quality and the service..thats why i spent 50quid indtead of 15!
Will never use them again

The delivery was quick and the quality of the product seems to be excellent so far. The price compared to other competitors was also excellent.

I pay for 1st class delivery, after week of waiting I ask for refund on paypal.

Quality product very satisfied customer. I had a few issues getting it working but the extremely helpfull team at HIDs Direct resolved my issues with minimal effort. Brilliant service and quality products. Definitely will be back.

Returned a sub standard set of LED headlight bulbs (allegedly Cree) within 14 days for a refund. No refund appeared within the next 14 days. Sent an email - no response. Eventually obtained said refund only after a phone call and provision of Royal Mail tracking number proving they had been delivered to them. Didn't refund the basic cost of outbound postage which they should have.

1st class all round, great price, fast delivery.

Had hyperflash after changing indicators updated to LED, went down for a chat and they sorted it there with advice, exchange and quality service. Thx to Rob who was very understanding and sorted me out.

Ordered product on-line on Tuesday morning, and paid for 1st Class Tracked postage. The weekend is now here, and still no delivery. No reply to two emails or telephone. No tracking number provided. Now I get a recorded message to say they are closed until Monday. Avoid.

I bought a pair of 21W/5W LED bulbs for combined drl and sidelights. Unfortunately, one of the lamps did not change brightness when switched from drl to sidelight. I emailed HIDS-Direct and they replied promptly and sent out a replacement set which I got the next day.

I have bought from these guys here at HIDS DIRECT for many years for bulbs for my different cars. I have always had super fast shipping and they are always helpful and never afraid to help. I will continue buying from them as long as they trade business for. Bulbs are of good quality. Any issues they never quibble with returns.

5* product and service, they were the only company I could rely on to sell the specific white halogen bulbs required for my 2007 Audi S3 DRL's to match the Xenon headlights.

Bought 2 inline resistors to correct a CANBUS fault indicator with the 580 LEDs HID Direct sell. 30 seconds after fitting the resistors the glue that's used to hold the components together was so hot it was bubbling and smoking. The plastic had deformed around the resistor itself. I switched the ignition off before anything more serious happened. The CANBUS fault had cleared, and the LEDs were working but I think the price of an error free dashboard is a little high if you potentially melt your wiring loom.

The resistors are specifically recommended by HIDs Direct to correct faults with the LEDs in question (both HIDs Direct product's).

Interestingly my positive review of the LEDs I bought remains up on HIDs Direct's website, but the negative review I left of the resistors warning people of a serious risk has been removed. I guess HIDs Direct like playing with fire....do you?

For informational purposes I qualified as an electrician from Broadwater Technical College in 1998. I'm 39 now and have worked on cars since I was 14. HIDs Direct, please take this as a genuine warning of a risk your product presents.

Excellent customer service, super speedy delivery, and excellent quality product in perfect condition. This is my third or fourth time ordering from them and they are always a super experience. So Happy! Thank you!
