Well this was fun...bought some bulbs and recieved an email the next day saying they have been dispatched. Well ten days later still no bulbs and no answer from me mailing Hids-Direct so I raised a grievance with paypal and lo and behold before the day ended I got a refund. Now then I am waiting for said bulbs so I can do the right thing and return them ...except methinks they were never dispatched in the first place.

Never ever ever again ....beware they suck on service so give them a wide birth

Order product on the 31st December, had not arrived by the 15th of January, rang up regarding order and I was told they had sent the items to the wrong address so they would re-order and change shipping to 1st class. On the 18th, order was updated to shipped, 2nd Class! Fast forward to the 1st of February and still no delivery. Ontop of which the tracking code doesn't exist on Royal Mail.

Customer service rep said he would personally pack it for me and update the shipping. Must be an early april fools joke.

Avoid this company at all costs and buy elsewhere.

Bought set of 2 new HID bulbs to replace in my car and to get my car ready for holiday. One bulb faulty. Contacted them and been promised replacement to be sent. Now 2 weeks later its 2 days before my holiday and i still havent got replacement and they dont reply to any messages. What a waste of time and money, will not buy from them anymore.

This is the first time I've been so disgusted with a company that I've felt the need to write a review here. I placed an order at the end of November for bulbs, seeing that HIDS Direct were one of the cheapest suppliers. It's now halfway through January, and the bulbs still have not arrived. They were allegedly dispatched the day after I ordered, however the tracking number provided does not exist with Royal Mail.

I have emailed three times, and tried to call the phone number on the site, but there is simply no reply to either. This company is about as untrustworthy as they come - there is absolutely no customer service. Can you imagine a business accepting your order, taking your money, not dispatching your order and refusing to reply to your emails? For over 6 weeks?

Look at their Facebook wall (if the negative reviews haven't been erased by HIDS Direct), look at other reviews dotted around the internet - my experience is far from unusual with this company. It seems they have a habit of failing to deliver goods and ignoring all forms of communication.

Do yourself a favour - find the same products elsewhere. Do not go near this company.

Ordered a Osram HS1 motor bike bulb on the 9th Dec 2016 and i am still waiting for it, i have sent numerous Emails and have only ever received 1 reply, the email asked me if i wanted a refund or a replacement bulb sent and i chose to have a replacement and yes you guessed it i am still waiting for the replacement. HIDS DIRECT you are running a "TOTAL AND UTTER SHAMBLES" of a company and my advice to anyone thinking about buying from them is "They are not what there website makes them out to be". FYI one thing they do very well is "taking your money out of your bank" 5* on that one.

I ordered two 380 led bulbs for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
They arrived a day late and did not work.
I messaged hids direct several times through the messaging service on there website but they just dont get back to you.
Very poor company.

1st order, LEDs were good and all worked on my car, problem was that they sent 6 wrong LEDs that I didnt order. Luckily 4 of them was 4 euros more expensive than the ones I ordered and 2 were 1.5 eur cheaper. Quality was good atleast so far. But when I sent them email they never answered to me. Now I was going to order more, I received 5% coupon if I make a 5 star review. I tried to use the 5% coupon on my order. It was added on my shopping cart with the discount but when I try to pay the order with discount the discount isn't counted in the total sum. I tried to contact the seller once again but there is not a single #*@#$ communication between the seller and the customer when something goes wrong. So I hope that my LEDs live to whats promised. I'm sure that I wouldn't get anything if they broke up in 2-3 years which warranty they give to items.

Great website and easy to find the bulbs I needed. Arrived as promised. Good high quality bulbs at a fair price. Will be using them again as better than any local supplier.

Ordered 2 HID's paid extra for next day pre 1PM delivery, received a confirmation a few hours later that they had been dispatched and then a phone call several hours later to say they only had one. Now its way too late in the day to get another company to send them out for next day delivery and I'm supposed to be driving to France tomorrow evening with only one headlight. Halfords don't stock it so I'm up the preverbial. Thanks guys.

Only normally leave bad reviews when ripped off but What a relief. Can't fault this company, after spending weeks returning cheap import bulbs from auction sites went direct to reputable company, I received the HID bulbs as discribed and at fair price, spot on service and delivery..,have recently purchased more bulbs and had same service, 10 out of 10 , you get what you pay for. S down Trowbridge wilts and no I don't work for company👍

Thought I'd share my experience of hids direct...
After purchasing a set of 55w dlumina hid lights for my S Max last year I can honestly say they worked brilliantly and transformed both the look and performance of my headlights.
Unfortunately after about 9 months one of the ballasts developed a fault, I contacted hids direct by email and they immediately sent me a replacement completely free of charge with no fuss...
What more could you want? Great lights and great customer service, I'm massively impressed!

It was my third time I've bought bulbs from HIDs Direct. Firstly I tried REG bulbs, which fits and works perfect. The email info and delivery was with out an issue. Now I have HID bulbs replaced with 4000K and side lights as well to match 4000K colour. I like the way the HIDs Direct keep me informed during whole process, about parcel and delivery.
Let me see if I need another bulb!

I ordered some H1 and some 501 bulbs for a replacement set. I had mistakenly identified the H1 when I actually needed H7.
I telephoned HIDs-Direct and they agreed without quibble to swap them for some H7s, all I had to do was identify the ones I wanted. I did so and there was a small balance to pay, but HIDs-Direct waved this as a gesture of goodwill! Brilliant service, great products, would highly recommend.

The best H15 bulbs for my Volkswagen Golf mk6. A +++
