I needed some new bulbs for a vehicle I had purchased with these kits on one was a bit dull. Got on to these guys and the parts came fast and right and the colour is brilliant. Keep up the good work.

i have bought a couple of hid upgrade sets for my motorcycle. i have had a couple of problems with the sets but the staff a very helpful and issues were resolved as fast as the postal service travels. i will use them again. thank you

Very bad customer service. Brought some bulbs and they are faulty. Tried to contact them but no response. Also noticed that if you leave a negative review on there site it is deleted. I guess this is why there are only positive reviews on the products they sell.

When you buy or want to buy an item there will be no problem at all... but when your product go wrong or is out of service guess what ? There will be no one to even answer your question. They just want your money and that is all !!!

A good advice : Never buy your product there... choose a better reseller or at least one that care a little about you !!!

Yes, good prices on paints but be prepared to wait for your order!

I ordered some spray paint and only after chasing them via the phone, did they say they were having to switch the courier, due to the paint not being accepted by their normal courier (9 days after making the order).

This oversight was not mentioned on their website and there was no email alerting me of this issue whilst I waited. Furthermore, I suspect nothing would have happened unless I had actually called to chase them.

Finally, after being informed they would switch the courier, they still couldn't give me a definite date of when I can expect the order, all they could offer was a refund. Who knows why?

It's basic common sense; if you advertise products as being available (with stock) on your website, be prepared to fulfil the order and deliver rather than waiting for the customer to contact you.

I ordered 2 sets of Xenon sets. Low Beam and High Beam for canbus. Works like a charm. Love the light I have on the roads now.
Easy to install and small ballast. Didn't have any problems at all.
Fast shipping to Denmark. I recommend this store.

I've had two orders with this company. The first was perfect...arrived the next day. There was a problem with the second order...it was despatched next day but Royal Mail actually lost a bag of their despatched orders! So a longish wait and a few phonecalls needed...but HIDS worked hard to resolve the problem and my LED DRLs arrived - and excellent they are!
I can't lower their rating because of Royal Mail's shortcomings.

I have placed two orders in the past week with this company & both arrived well packaged & within 48 hours.

I haven't fitted the products yet but my current car has a slimline HID kit & bulbs which the previous owner purchased from this company nearly 2 years ago & they are still going strong, so I assume the quality is good.
