We had our caravan serviced today by Phil he serviced it on our seasonal site He was informative and knowledgeable he did a very good service of the caravan. Definitely recommend.

Spent time talking to on line sales advisor then ordered two isabella foot rests. The service was unbeatable - next day. With using summer discount reduced the postage. Very good.

Found the TV I wanted used the discount code and hey presto all good. First class service even though it was late in the afternoon.

Excellent to deal with when selling my Bailey Pamplona without a trade in.
Deal concluded at a fair price with Ollie.
Picked up for us from site and monies transferred to my account within the hour

A brilliant service

We have had 3 x Motorhomes from Highbridge and this our third was handed over to us on our planned pick up day by a very Pleasant young woman named Shanice who presented our Campervan to us in a very well presented state has you would expect, and she had clearly done her homework on how our Campervan worked and went through the controls with myself and my wife at a very good pace making sure we understood or had any questions, we later found out that she had only been working at Highbridge for a few weeks she certainly appears to be an asset to the business. Thank you / I have a comment regarding the handover area come on Highbridge sort out an undercover show room for customers to receive their vehicles especially in inclement weather.

Like so many new to the Motorhome community we found the choice daunting, but we did manage to reduce our list to just a few. Then we needed to find one.

We used a number of search engines and came across Highbridge as part of that search. Shortlisting a few for our road trip was tough, but Highbridge did seem to have a few options we liked. As we headed south, ticking MH's off the list we arrived at our penultimate stop, Highbridge.

What can we say, from the first viewing to driving north in our new Motorhome was just a fantastic experience.

Dave Wixon the sales guy was a no pressure, happy to explain the stock type of guy, and in fact after we placed the order he was still incredibly helpful and responsive with all our little queries.

On handover, 'Shanise' (not sure that is how her name was spelt) was amazing. She took us though the van in detail, explaining each part and accommodating our complete lack of knowledge. In fact the following day when we popped back she went over some of the points again. She made it all sound so simple!.

However like everything in life sometimes things don't go quite as planned. We had a couple of minor issues that meant we met Simon in the after sales department. He could not have been more helpful and managed to get everything sorted for our trip home.

I cannot recommend Highbridge enough, from start to finish we were dealt with professionally and our complete lack of knowledge did not detract form them taking the time to help and explain how everything's works.

If you are looking for your next adventure and new Motorhome give them a call first, you will not be disappointed and in fact you will enjoy the whole experience as we did.

Was employed for 3 weeks by the company as wanted a more challenging job. They sold themselves on being supportive towards employees, however, I was abruptly instantly dismissed after two very minor punitive and baseless issues (rather than to be made aware of company expectations beforehand); rolling a cigarette at my desk (15 minutes before leaving work) and making a coffee in the morning.

How I was treated, I've never in my 10 year career in customer service experienced such an appalling place to work.

Persistent derogatory comments made by a male member of staff towards a female member of staff. No company investigation was carried out after was reported to manager, ultimately leading to gross misconduct.

If you are a female applying here.... I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE STAYING AWAY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY...

I feel sorry for all the customers who have spent their life savings on a motorhome to then be demoralised by an ex-police officer/come anorak technical motorhome advisor.

Awful place horrendous customer service with arrogant staff, but that's ok because we did as he suggested and went elsewhere I hope he enjoyed he's surfing because that's all he went on about... wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy... Avoid avoid avoid Newton abbot branch

Complete shambles

Over the years I have spent my life savings with Highbridge on various vans. The sales team are always great for a sale , but if any issues arise & trying to talk to someone has become increasingly impossible. Today I have made multiple calls , but no one at Highbridge has had the common decency to call me back despite promises. Based on my personal experience , I would no longer recommend Highbridge .

I tried to book my Coachman Caravan for a service. I live in Spain and explained that I would be visiting the U.K. with the Caravan in three months time and needed to get it serviced for the warranty. I was told that they weren’t interested in servicing it as I hadn’t purchased it from them and they didn’t need any new customers right now! What a complacent and arrogant attitude. You don’t deserve to be in business! I subsequently phoned another Coachman dealer this time in South Wales who was only too pleased to help. Needless to say I will avoid Highbridge Caravans!

Having had great sales service we were disappointed at the poor service we received when bringing our caravan back in for its first annual service. Both faults I reported weren't dealt with causing a lot of stress and having to order the parts ourselves to fix wardrobe doors. The engineer fixed the window clips when I pointed out they weren't fixed but this was not a good experience. The staff at service centre were all brilliant but the actual service was not good and it was disappointing that they didn't clean the caravan exterior which I had naively hoped they'd do as I cannot reach the top. We will use a mobile service engineer next year at a third of the price (our service was around £350) which I think is extortionate. I wasn't impressed either that on arrival we were told the van was booked in at Exeter when we bought it from Highbridge in Somerset and didn't even know about an Exeter dealership! Luckily this was sorted but it all left a sour taste and was a poor experience. Not well done at all.

We purchased a new Globecar Summit Prime Campervan in November. After handing our old van over a week earlier and driving 80 miles to collect it we were told there was a warranty issue with the skyroof. We were assured this wouldn't affect it and with no visible problem we were persuaded to accepted it. Driving home there was a loud rattle and intrusive wind noise as soon as it reached 50mph. There were other issues that should have been found in an inspection but we were re assured that all would be dealt with. Despite confusion over missing PNC numbers and constant pleading from me we've been assured the right part is ordered but has still not arrived from Germany. After 4 months we've yet to sleep in our £64000 dream buy, we've been offered no compensation or told when we might get it back....but Highbridge are apparently SORRY.

I have been looking for a driveway awning, so went to Highbridge Caravan for some advice, as I had chosen one on line, at Highbridge Caravan I was told yes it would fit, so purchase it, the next I tried it out. And guess what it didn't fit, I was totally shocked to find out that I could not return it. So I how have a brand new awning that is no use to me, so I have had to purchase another fom a different company that made sure it fitted.

We have collected our Motorhome from Highbridge Caravans and we are very pleased with all the work that they have carried out. The service we received was excellent and we feel that they cared about the level of service we received and the standard of work they carried out. We highly recommend them for purchases and service work.

Ordered an Isabella windscreen. Price was as good / better as anywhere - but they actually had them in stock.
Delivery date wasn't just achieved - it came a day early, excellent service

I phoned prior to ordering and it was confirmed that the items I wanted were in stock so I was confident with ordering online, the website was very user friendly and my items arrived the following day. Thankyou.
