Thorough hand over. Whole experience well managed

I only placed the order yesterday and the product had arrived within 20 hours and well packaged. A good range of products at very competitive prices. Email communication from the Company was timely and useful. After-sales easy to get hold of and informative, which I needed when I couldn't find out where an extra bit fitted. Turned out it was a bit for a Caravan and not needed on the Motorhome. Never mind!

Just sold our Motorhome to Highbridge at Teigngrace and it was the least stressful transaction I have ever been involved in.
The team were friendly efficient and focused and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for great customer service.

I have have a Swift Select campervan. Experienced problems with a leaking cap on the fresh water tank while in France. Rang and left a message. Soon had a call back from Chris in maintenance. He asked me to try a fix that unfortunately didn't solve the problem. He immediately referred to Natasha in parts who promptly rang me. The part required was quickly identified and a photo emailed to me and then arranged dispatch. I have had to ring previous to this and always received a very prompt response. Cannot fault them

Just had a service done on caravan with some added extra work i needed doing.

When i booked through Jemma i found her very helpful and accommodating, was booked in for them to come to me on site, Found it very easy. I came to my van Saturday and had an issue with water pump (no water) so this was one of my added extras needed fixing along with service. Found them helpful and making sure the person coming down brought everything that was needed. Phil came and went through everything with me that he was going to do sorted out a new jocky wheel and fitted a new whale pump for me, phil was very friendly and helpful and everything was done thoroughly.

I had a bit of a nightmare with them last year but the people i have dealt with this time has been brilliant.

Thanks for good communication and service pervided.

Highbridge had everything I wanted including a snugrug for my awning, very few retailers still have this model, it being from an now reconfigured model.

still waiting for repairs that was ment to be done before i picked van up 18 months ago now out of warranty so got no chance now shocking company once got your money they dont care

We bought a new caravan from Highbridge. We had an excellent experience with a very thorough hand over. We had first class help with a small niggle that we noticed while the van was on the driveway before our first trip away. This needed sorting at short notice before our holiday and Highbridge made sure it was fixed for us. I am so pleased we bought our caravan from a dealership who really care about the customers’ experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a caravan or motor home.

Contacting the accessories shop after closing time on a Friday, the support staff went out of their way to provide the information I needed. This enabled me to complete an online order, which was shipped on the Saturday morning. The Highbridge Caravans team has provided help and support at all levels, which has made a big difference.

Ordered a TV online & despatched next day. Tracking number provided - all good. Added bonus was the Summer discount promo. Thank you.

First time I have shopped on here but have visited them many a time at their place in Somerset. They are always friendly, efficient an helpful. their shop is good to look around with quite a few items of interest.
I decided to take a tour of their website and was not disappointed, found what I wanted and ordered, good system, everything clear and understandable, no worries with ordering, paying and info on delivery.

rang up for a battery price and dimensions was told to go on the website. The whole reason i rang was i didn't have access to the internet at that point. Customer service??!!

We had our caravan serviced today by Phil he serviced it on our seasonal site He was informative and knowledgeable he did a very good service of the caravan. Definitely recommend.

Spent time talking to on line sales advisor then ordered two isabella foot rests. The service was unbeatable - next day. With using summer discount reduced the postage. Very good.
