Avoid HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd – Unprofessional & Disrespectful Service!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd, and I feel compelled to share my story so others can be aware.

While I understand that my company did not qualify for an account with them and respect their decision, what I cannot accept is their complete lack of professionalism in handling the process. Their platform allowed me to set up and work extensively on my account while waiting for approval, leading me to invest significant time and effort to configure it for my business needs.

As someone who is differently abled with deformities in both hands, any work I do takes considerable effort. Despite my challenges, I am determined to succeed, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Instead of notifying me of the rejection, HitPay simply ignored me—I had to reach out myself to find out my application was denied.

To make matters worse, when I appealed directly to their CEO and COO, neither of them had the courtesy to respond. Instead, a staff member, Paula Vitan, replied in a dismissive and rude manner. Is this really how a financial service provider should treat potential customers?

This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is unacceptable. Financial service providers should be held to a higher standard, and HitPay has failed terribly in this regard. I hope others take note and think twice before considering their services.

If this is how they treat people before even opening an account, imagine what happens when you actually use their platform. Be warned.

Hitpay is fuss free to integrate with my website and the fees are very reasonable as well.

HitPay keep spamming me

HitPay keep spamming me.
We won't deal with spammers, so even if HitPay was the best product in its class we won't use them, and as an IT engineer supporting many SMEs, I would do my utmost to discourage my customers from using them too.

Transparent fees, easy to setup, great customer support

Amazing platform.
Fast and easy to setup with them! We had to move from Shopify to Wix. We found Hitpay during our move and they allowed us to accept all major payment methods very quickly. Their fees are also transparent and easy to understand.
Customer support was also amazing. Fast and effective. Shout out to Michelle who came to our aid on a Sunday morning.

Great Service

So far Hitpay had been one of the best payment gateways we had tried , whether on commission rates , smooth of integration, speed of pay out , variety of payment of options and no monthly overheads

Honest Review

As a small business, providing a seamless experience for our customers is a top priority. After considering various payment solutions, we decided to adopt Hit Pay for our business, and it has been a game-changer. It allows convenient payment methods using credit card and paynow, compared to what we did before which was manually checking on paynow transfers. The payouts are also always done on time and it has been a pleasure adopting hitpay on our webstore!

The HitPay Team is a supportive and efficient!

HitPay is a seamless payment system that works well with our other (booking) platform. It allows clients to book classes instantaneously, which makes a much better customer service situation. The support that we receive is tremendous, they're very active in their replies and are eager to offer solutions and resolutions swiftly.

We have been using Hitpay for about a year now. What we like the most is:

-Easy configuration and setup to start using.

-Customer service and support is amazing. We get answers for all our queries with no long time waiting.

-Payouts are never late and exceeds out expectations.

-Great payment option and easy to choose from.

-Clear and easy daily and payouts reports.

Since I started using HitPay

Since I started using HitPay, I’ve seen significant growth in my business. Thanks to their services, I can now accept international card payments, which has allowed me to reach many more customers worldwide. The platform is easy to use, and transactions are fast and secure. Definitely an excellent solution for entrepreneurs looking to expand their global reach!

Reliable

Reliable! I would highly recommend Hitpayapp, I have been using it for a few of my businesses and so far, it's been really reliable and helpful for my e-commerce businesses. They accept a variety of payment methods which is great. Hoping they would have instalment payment options available soon. I have also recommended to my friends who were looking for a payment gateway which was fast approval and could accept credit card payments at events without having to register for a POS device. They could create & accept payments straight from their mobile phones. The app is great! Keep up the great work.
