Cancelled my order and gave a reason…
Cancelled my order and gave a reason for faulty item.
Cd i ordered is now£10 more to buy.
They should have honoured my order as i had paid in full.
Please can you contact me and try to resolve this.
Some sort of compensation would be good.

The assistant was polite and very helpful in his help to find the item I required and as it was out of stock, he then ordered it on line for me there and then for myself to collect from your store
