HMV online store
i’ve used hmv online store a few times over the years and they’ve always delivered on time. obviously during the christmas period it gets overwhelmingly busy and my package was a bit delayed but it still arrived before Christmas. they e-mailed me letting me know what was happening and everything was alright in the end. thank you

Firstly when I entered the Cardiff store and asked an assistant for help she was not interested at all and sent me away. So I headed upstairs where the staff were so helpful and knew their stuff.
I had to order both CD’s (no problem), on collection I was given two individual packages and off I went. Didn’t really pay much attention to the artists so packed the CD’s for Christmas presents only to discover on Christmas morning one of the items were not mine. Hence I need to return to the store tomorrow in the hope it can be rectified.

Speedy and simple service
This was a very good service from HMV The cd I was after was proving difficult to source but the ever helpful James at the Cardiff store checked his system and found it was in stock.
I paid upfront and the cd was available in store 2 days later .
Will use this service again without doubt

ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOUR
I went to the Cardiff stall to purchase a DVD and I had to order it and was told if you don’t collect with 14 day, it will get sent back and you will automatically have a full refund. I couldn’t get back down to collect due to heath reasons, so I made it down there a couple of days later and they were useless, unprofessional not helpful at all, unlike when I was ordered it the guy was brilliant. So I was told to phone which I did and cost me over £9 and never ended up speaking to anyone. So emailed and back and forth took about a moth and half to receive my refund. Myself and my family spend a lot of money in HMV we will not be shopping at all with your company ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR, will do our business elsewhere.
