Click and collect went smoothly and timely. Vinyl album had to be sent to the selected collection store from the HMV warehouse.

I did not know I could order albums from the shop, so when I asked behind the counter the lovely person informed me I could, and was incredibly helpful (plus we had a lovely chat about the albums, and which order you'd experience them in.). It was silky smooth as a process, and the parcel arrived incredibly swiftly. I'll definitely be doing this again! Plus, the new Garbage album is fantastic
