I purchased a £10 mystery box
I purchased a £10 mystery box, expecting delight and goodness to be inside. But instead, I was met with despair and disappointment in the form of a Harry Potter 9 card challenge that a 2 year old could solve. Not only that, but I was met with 5 Jurassic park stickers to put on my vinyls, things that you listen to music with. The only saving grace was a Cobra Kai keychain and a Friends coaster. My disappointment is immeasurable and I do not recommend unless you what to go home with a loss of £10 and a pool of tears.

Pre order items unavailable on release date.
Was disappointed with my pre order experience.
When you pre order for pick up in store, I would expect the items to be available for collection on the day of release, not after this date, else what is the point of a pre order.
I could have visited my local store and purchased the items on the day of release, instead I had to wait almost 48 hours to be told they were available for collection. Not very good customer service really.

Lovely staff and store
Lovely staff, saw we opened our click and collect package and came up to us and offered to take the box away!
My daughter got her first LP and loved the experience in store.

Great service
Great service. Ordered in store with my grandson who is 12. I wanted him to order his record for his confidence. The staff member was friendly and chatted away with him about the record and was genuinely interested. Much appreciated.

The guy who helped me in store was great and helped me order what I needed with no fuss and was really knowledgeable about similar items that I may have been interested in.
Delivery was slow but it was free and arrived in plenty of time so can't fault it really.
