Was disappointed with my pre order experience.
When you pre order for pick up in store, I would expect the items to be available for collection on the day of release, not after this date, else what is the point of a pre order.
I could have visited my local store and purchased the items on the day of release, instead I had to wait almost 48 hours to be told they were available for collection. Not very good customer service really.

Lovely staff and store
Lovely staff, saw we opened our click and collect package and came up to us and offered to take the box away!
My daughter got her first LP and loved the experience in store.

The guy who helped me in store was great and helped me order what I needed with no fuss and was really knowledgeable about similar items that I may have been interested in.
Delivery was slow but it was free and arrived in plenty of time so can't fault it really.

I ordered a DVD in-store and it arrived fairly promptly. The assistant was really helpful when ordering the item and when collecting; was also very polite and friendly.

Delayed delivery and items which were books each had imprinted 11 on each righthand corner of cover of books so not in immaculate condition as you would expect from new books. Really disapointed.
