HMV HANLEY BRANCH EXPERIENCE
Many of the staff there at the hanley branch are friendly enough and helpfull but there seems to be a lack of dvd music artists concerts

Ordered a cd for click and collect and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service considering it was the week before Christmas.
No trouble collecting in store either, staff quickly found the order and scanned easily.

The Dvd wanted did not seem to be available in store so helpful member of staff searched in backroom but still not found. He offered the ordering service which i accepted. I was kept informed during the interim period & then when it was now available in store. Very good.
